By downloading, installing, or using Frayso ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Frayso is a social challenge platform that allows users to create challenges, set goals, track progress through verified check-ins, and compete with friends. The App offers both free and premium (Frayso Pro) features.
You may use the App as a guest or create an account via email or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years of age.
You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, check-ins, challenge descriptions). By posting content, you grant Frayso a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it within the App to other users you interact with. You agree not to post content that is:
Frayso Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
The App offers various goal verification methods (photo, NFC, location, steps, timer). These are designed as motivational tools and may not be 100% accurate. We do not guarantee the integrity of any verification.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the App. Deletion permanently removes your account and all associated data including challenges, goals, check-ins, and achievements. This action cannot be undone.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frayso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
